I have my own domain name, is this a problem?
A: It should not be, you just need to point the domain name to our servers. We can advise you on this.
If I pay up front and I dont like any of the designs, will you refund me?
A: We are confident that you will like the designs we send to you, and will try our best to alter designs to your tastes. However if you really dont like them, we cannot keep redesigning infinetely! We will refund your money minus an administartion fee of £20. If we have booked a domain name for you then we cannot refund this as it is still yours to keep.
Can I try a demo of the site editor, to see how easy it is?

How many email addresses can I have like myname@mybusiness.com ?
A: With the basic package you can only have five, but we can upgrade you to unlimited if need be.
How do I access my emails?
A: There is an online control panel which you login in using your email address and password. From here you can read, send, and recieve emails - Dead easy!
Can I set up my emails in outlook?
A: Yes, but we are not responsible for providing any backup as that is Microsofts job! We will of course provide you with the settings you need to put into outlook and some brief instuctions.
How long will it take to create my website?
A: As designing is not an exact science, we can only tell you 3 days after you are happy with the design. Desinging typically takes between 1-3 days so the entire process should take no longer than a week, providing you get back to us to OK a design. We cannot proceed to create your site until you are happy with the design.
Can I update my site from anywhere?
A: Yes, anywhere with a computer coonected to the internet!
Is it complicated to update my site?
A: we can give you a demo on how easy it is to update, and we also supply you with simple instructions.
Will my site appear on google?
A: It will, but we do not guarentee any top ten placements as nobody can guarentee where a site will appear on search engines. What we will do is provide you with some basic guidelines so that your content is relevant to your business products/services as well as your links and page titles.
Can I host my website on my own servers?
A: To be able to update your site you need to use our servers. We can give you a latest copy of your site and you can host elsewhere, but you wont be able to update it using the Ezedesign control panel.
Can I have flash animation to my site?
A: Yes. We have a few standard packages, or we can create somthing more bespoke for you.. you just have to ask.
Can I add sections/pages?
A: Depending on what package you are on, we can enable this.
